The Marketing Assessment consists of three components:
1.Marketing Review
- All marketing goals, materials, budgets, results, creative, media, web and e-commerce where applicable.
- An evaluation of the "Brand" including competitors and their positions.
- This review may be on site in conjunction with materials forwarded in advance.
2. General marketing recommendations
- Outlined during the Marketing Assessment.
- Will reflect the needs and goals for your business.
- Identify a general strategy, tactics, resources, budgets, and time required to achieve objectives as outlined in the review meeting.
- This recommendation will be outlined in greater detail in the Assessment Report that will follow the intial client meetings.
- Discussion of benefits of engaging Marketing Acceleration based on current suppliers, resources, and marketing needs.
3. The written Assessment Report will include:
- General findings/recommendations
- Forecast for additional revenue and profit as a result of improved marketing strategy and tactics.
- A more complete outline of the engagement recommendation discussed at the review.
- "ROI Matrix" demonstrating the projected cost/benefit of the engagement.
